Bio
A born and bred Cronulla native, Trish has a genuine passion for helping people feel their best and perform at their highest. With 13 years’ experience in athletic rehabilitation, strength & conditioning and podiatry, she brings a holistic approach to movement, recovery and performance. Trish graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters of Podiatric Medicine in 2019, and most recently completed her Masters of Strength and Conditioning in 2025. She excels in sport podiatry and rehabilitation, with a particular focus on restoring natural movement patterns. Trish’s philosophy centres on addressing the root cause of symptoms and providing long-term solutions that support sustainable health and performance.
Outside Work
If she’s not working with an athlete or patient, you’ll find Trish rowing surf boats at North Cronulla Surf Life Saving Club or charging around the pitch at Southern Districts Rugby Club. She’s also recently taken up hiking and bush-walking, finding solace in the serenity of nature. Her lifestyle fuels her fascination with the mechanics of movement and the high-performance sporting environment.
